| Our Techniques: |
- We open the requested Offshore Accounts (for Offshore Banking and Offshore Investing).
- We create a Domestic or International Limited Liability Company (LLC)
- The OAPT owns 98-100 percent of the LLCs interests.
- The OAPT is the owner of the offshore accounts.
- Until concern arises only a small portion of your assets are in the trusts offshore accounts. Your assets are predominately in the LLC and totally subject to your control as the Manager.
- If concern arises, the OAPT generally removes you as the Manager and appoints you as the Investment Advisor. The LLC's liquid assets are placed into the OAPT's offshore accounts
- As Manager of the LLC you maintained absolute control over the assets until a lawsuit or creditor arises. After that you maintain indirect control through your chosen Offshore Asset Protection Trusts Protector.
| How the “Bridge” Works: |
- If an Event of Duress occurs (e.g. a lawsuit or creditor), the Foreign Trustee (owning 100% of the LLC) votes to distribute the LLC's liquid assets into the OAPT's offshore accounts.
- Unless the Protector negates the Foreign Trustee's decision, all liquid assets flow into the offshore accounts beyond the reach of the U.S. court.and beyond the power of your creditor or divorcing spouse to attach it's assets.
