Professional Experience

 
Attorney Alan Eber is licensed to practice law by the States of California and New York and is admitted to practice before the U.S. Tax Court. He is a pioneer in the asset protection field, author of the Law Book Asset Protection Strategies and Forms and highly sought after speaker on estate and asset protection planning. His article "The Asset Protection Strategist" has become a classic for both the lay and professional reader.
 
His eight hour asset protection course was introduced to the Education Foundation of the California Society of Certified Public Accountants (“Foundation”) in 1994 and was sponsored by them for presentation to their members over 45 times in the following four taught over 125 times for professional groups around the country and internationally.
 
Attorney Eber practices law in the fields of foreign and domestic asset protection and estate planning, trusts, practice and business structuring, and wealth strategies. Since 1974 Mr. Eber has assisted clients in establishing a wide variety of asset protection and wealth preservation structures.
 
Educational Background
 
Credentials: Mr. Eber received his Juris Doctorate from the State University of New York in 1968, his Master of Law in Taxation (LL.M.) from New York University and studied international taxation at the University of Brussels. He is admitted to the state bars of New York and California. He is an active member of WealthCounsel, LLC, a national organization of estate planning attorneys

Mrs. Reina has been working as a paralegal in the estate planning field since 1996 and the asset protection field since 2005. She provides valuable assistance to Mr. Eber in all aspects of his practice, including asset protection, estate preservation, estate planning, and business structures. She works directly with the clients along with the attorney and strives to assistMr. Eber’s clients effectively and efficiently. Mrs. Reina studied to be a Paralegal at the California Institute of Law in Ventura, California.
